These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SyncHaus LLC ("SyncHaus," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website at synchaus.io or engaging our smart home installation and monitoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

SyncHaus provides the following services to residential customers in Texas:

• Smart home device installation, configuration, and integration
• Home automation consulting and system design
• Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and remote support
• Hardware procurement and installation management

All services are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal provided at the time of engagement. These Terms apply to your use of the website and any digital communications with SyncHaus.

Booking a free consultation through our website does not constitute a contract for services. A service contract is only formed upon execution of a written proposal and receipt of the applicable deposit. SyncHaus reserves the right to decline service to any individual or property at our sole discretion.

• Package prices displayed on the website are starting estimates and may vary based on property size, existing infrastructure, and scope of work.
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to schedule installation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
• SyncHaus accepts major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as disclosed at time of invoicing.
• All prices are in USD. Texas sales tax applies where required.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the individual service agreement.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form or booking form, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from SyncHaus. These messages may include appointment reminders, service notifications, and promotional content. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

• Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
• SyncHaus is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

All content on synchaus.io — including text, images, graphics, logos, and code — is the exclusive property of SyncHaus LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from our website
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

SyncHaus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Effective Date" when changes are made. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
